By creating an account, listing products, or placing an order on MYBAZAR (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
MYBAZAR provides tools that let creators and merchants build an online store, list products and services, accept orders, and arrange delivery. MYBAZAR is a technology provider; the merchant is the seller of record for their own products and is responsible for their listings, pricing, fulfilment, and customer service.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Merchants must sell only lawful products, describe them accurately, honour advertised prices, fulfil confirmed orders, and comply with all applicable laws and tax obligations. Merchants set their own delivery and return policies and are responsible for communicating them to buyers.
Buyers pay either on delivery (cash on delivery) or through the payment methods offered at checkout, which may include card payment via the applicable interbank network or international processor, or bank/postal transfer. The price charged is always the price shown at checkout. MYBAZAR does not take title to any merchant product.
Use of certain features may require payment of fees or platform credits, which are disclosed before you incur them. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may not use the Platform to sell prohibited or counterfeit goods, infringe intellectual property, commit fraud, distribute malware, scrape or overload the service, or attempt to bypass its security or access controls.
MYBAZAR and its logos are owned by HEROS Network. You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant MYBAZAR a licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating your store.
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYBAZAR is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the buyer's country of residence.
