Create one page per product, or a store in dinars. For stores in dinars, in Algeria, cash on delivery is on by default and the order arrives with no payment to approve. You can add BaridiMob, CCP or CIB / Edahabia cards alongside it.
Yes: no parcel ships unconfirmed. New orders arrive in Call 1. No answer? Move them to Call 2, then Call 3; the “Pending call” filter groups them. Only confirmed orders ship.
You set a price per wilaya, or you cover delivery yourself everywhere. The customer sees the total as soon as they pick their wilaya. Then every parcel has its status: confirmed, ready, in route, delivered or returned, with its label and tracking number.
