Card payments collected through HEROS for your orders, bookings, courses, invoices and donations, plus your card top-ups, transfers received and referral commissions.
How do I withdraw my money?
Request a withdrawal to your bank account from the wallet. It is reviewed, then paid out in 1–3 business days. You can have one pending request at a time.
Why are the payments I receive directly not in the balance?
Because you collect that money yourself: a bank transfer, cash, cash on delivery. It is tracked in a read-only manual-revenue ledger, so you keep the full picture without mixing the two.
Can I send money to another merchant?
Yes, if they have a HEROS account. Enter their email and the amount: the transfer moves from your wallet to theirs.
Can I choose payment methods per activity?
Yes. For the store, bookings, courses, invoices and donations, you switch on each payment method available in your country separately, including your custom methods.
